PVR5000 Channel Question

Hi guys. I have placed my channels into favourites but I now have a problem. How do I get back to the long list of every channel? When I click EPG or OK on my remote, the channel list goes to my favourites. There were a few channels I didn't put into a favourite category and I would now like to.

Basically I am asking how I get back to the original list of 200-odd channels so that I can then highlight a channel and assign it into a favourite.

Press TV on your remote. I think its just under the off and on button.

on the dreambox its, "ok then the red button",, dont know if its the same for yours but try it.
