    :eurovox ex5000pvr no or bad signal on screen,i`am new to this product

    my internet works fine & ntl box works fine

    works fine at my dad`s house

    can anybody help me please missing football

    What is your signal strength on the problem channel, press info twice a report back, watch for any fluctuation ie signal jumping up and down.

      sorry i`am new

      i do not have any channel`s

      when scanning signal jumping up and down but most time 80-90

      please help

        Make sure your symbol rate is correct.

        Some area's in Manchester are 6952 others are 6887. Try both.

          try both symbol rate stiil not working i get 10 channels well i think there channels on 6952 symbol rate but there just numbers

          why dose it work 5 miles down the road.

            Did you scan it down the road or at your home? you need to factory default then powerscan at your home without splitters on your feed.

            You may need to buy a a signal booster, Which channels your receiving or what are they listed as.
