ex5000 recording

hi all, had no probs with ex5000 until now. i wanted to record something, pressed the record button. but the channel froze, box said rec on the front then went back to the channel number. When i tried to play the segment from pvr manager the screen was black???? any ideas guys??

Turn OFF/ON at the mains, start another recording, Leave it to record for about 5 mins, press stop, press PVR and try play again.

when recording screen does freeze for about 30 secs maybe you pressed stop not realizing it freezes i use the timer had no probs with it but when u do press record leave it to do its thing all should be ok
