eurovox ex5000

just orderd a ex5000 from www.mycable . does anyone no how to tell if its genuine and not a clonebox, this is all new to me.

Have a look in downloads listed in eurovox, there is instructions in there on how to tell for the Blue, red, Max V, it's pretty much the same for a EX5000PVR.
