New Eurovox 5000

I have just got a new eurovox 5000. I am having a bit of trouble getting it set up I think it has been flashed already as 4 digits come up when I turn it (not the 4 dashes). I have downloaded the latest firmware provided here and it seems that just the loader is in the download not the file. Can anyone please tell me how I can go ahead and get the eurvox to work and were to download the file needed for the loader.

First of all can you post the system info of your box.

Press Menu, Config, System info and tell us what's in there.

No need mate I persisted and got it working in the end it turns out I had the cables (coax) in the wrong ports at the back of the box they should have been in Rf I had it in Tv I need a bit of practice LOL
