Hi rabarber, You could always download the bigmaq toolbar and get the f/w from the files and fixes section of the toolbar. Hope this helps you out mate. Can't see any reason you would be having problems downloading it seeing as how you have make a few posts. You shouldn't have any probs with the Bigmaq toolbar though.
