eurovox ex5000 pvr help please

HI. iv been running a G/I cft 2100 clone off my V/M cable for years but recently bought a euro ex5000 . after taken it out of the box i loaded on the new f/w and plugged it into my tv. making sure all leads were in the right place (cable to r/f ) i then done the factory reset and power scan but as i wasn`t sure of my area s/r (6.887 6.952 6.875) in milton keynes i tried all three but got nowere. no transponder no channels nowt. am i missing somethink. i would be gratefull of any help.

check to make sure the new f/w has been installed and then do a full power scan.

I think the f/w installed, the front of the box read dnld and the laptop said download complete, i think its the 2.00 version but getting nothink not even bbc itv

or is it because my cable is analogue and not digital ?
