    EX5000 lost sound

    Hi All
    Have had a EX5000 PVR for a month.Suddenly i have lost the sound on all channels. Any advice please

      Have you tried unplugging it at the mains for a couple of minutes then powering back on again mate?
      Sometimes a slow gradual approach does more good than a large gesture.

          Also check the scart lead is plugged all the way in and in the correct scart socket.
