sky sports missing

sky sports missing

can anyone help got a eurovox max v installed new firmware working great thanks to anyone who worked on this firmware my problem is i have scanned for new channels quite a few times now, following guides in these forums but every time i do this sky sport 1 2 3 are missing would appreciate any help on this problem.

do a factory reset then a power scan m8 (sorry 4 shouting)
