hi there, when i turn my box on from standby it freezes up and i have to turn off and on with switch at rear off box then its ok. i have only had box 3days ,is this normal or should i turn off at rear of box when not in use during the day. does any one no thanks nick.

Common problem with the ex5000, your best to turn it off at the switch as you said.
