I want to say thanks for all the people helping newbees out.

After reading for weeks on here, I bought a eurovox ex5000 and got it working, I get 146 after doing a scan. I want to know if this is about right?

Has anyone got a CDF with more they can let me have for the bournemouth area or if this number is ok i can upload it.

if u have loaded firmware urself theres a fix in downloads marked autofix 05/12/09 this will work m8 then do a deep scan

got the box on fleebay already loaded.

i have tryed to download the files on this site, but keeps saying i dont have permission. will give this a go. thanks

thanks downloaded this file now, but just went to maplins for the cables, fourty quid for a usb connector and a cable, they got to be having a laugh... back to good old fleebay.

got the file i'll give it a go when the cable arrives. thanks a lot for your help.

doesn't ur pc have a null modem connection or laptops have them

pc's upstairs have lap top only usb. I just ordered a usb adapter and a modem cable both for a fiver, in the uk, so should get them early next week.
