After getting my pc to see my reciever , i have successfully managed to download the max v firmware fix... and now i have the message ... channel not currently available, if i turn the box off then on... it goes from reading 0001... then straight back to 0000

        give this a try.

        1. Plug the RF lead into the video RF socket on the back of the Eurovox.
        2. Tune your telly until you get the 'enter pin' screen for your Eurovox.
        3. Enter the master pin which is 1004.
        4. Go to Eurovox menu then do a factory reset.
        5. Thats it, plug your scart back in and do a powerscan as normal.

            Hi HiTeck, it's me again.

i too tried your fix of changing from the scart to the old fashioned connection, and it didnt work for me, once i done it, i never got the enter pin screen , just channel unavailable.

but i have been trying it in my mates house, is there any way to reset the box so i get it as though its just out the box as im going to try it in my own house?

            Thanks

First of all take to your home as you know your own TV better than your mates, do as said above making sure you tune your TV like you would a video recorder using a RF cable.

I presume your box is a clone blue as you didn't say-(or maybe I missed it).

When you get home if your still having the same problem please start your own thread on Digital Kaos and one of us will be glad to help out.

              All the best SpyHard06.
