sound gone on eurovox ex 1000 sl ?

Hi all, i was watching tv, went out of room, came bk in to find no sound, i disconnected box, plugged co ax aerial in and tv is fine with nornal sound.
i reconnected box but still no sound ?, short of bizzare possibility of dog treading on remote ! its got me puzzled.

can anyone please help, thanks

try a different scart lead, i dont know if you use them on your box but i had that problem on my dbox2
