Gentleman
I am usinging a Eurovox EX5000 PVR which was updated with the new firmware on the 01/12/08 and was running fine.
I have recently noticed that a few of the channels have No or bad signal displayed on the screen. My box is downstairs directly behind where the feed which comes into the house from outside, and there is another cable joined from outside the house going to my bedroom for the broadband, so I am not sure if you class that as a splitter being used because it is external.
I am reluctant to do a new deep scan becuase I have edited my channel lists and names. I know how to do a manual update when a channel become scrambled however not sure what to do with this scenario. If a booster is required, can you tell me where and which one I need to get.
It seems strange because these channels were previously working.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
