    NO SOUND

    Hi,after losing some channels b4 xmas(setanta,football channels) i decided to do a powerscan 2c if i could get them back,after the powerscan i got all the channels back but there is no sound on any of them,can anyone help please,thanks

    Make sure the scart lead is plugged all the way in and also in the correct socket at the back of the box, if it still doesn't work try a different scart lead.

      try pressing the red button on your remote to change the audio setting when your on the chanell.

          When I have reflashed and rescaned my Kryptview in the past I have had to turn up the volume on the kryptview remote.

          Dont know if its the same for your box, but really threw me first time.
