i am new to this iam interested in the new eurovox ex7000hd are they any good?
cant find out if they have a loop through connection would like to use my existing box in another room can anyone help please

Hi everyone, just like to introduce myself onto the forum.
As you can see from my monicker my name is John and I am from Belfast.
This is my first post and it is in relation to the EX7000HD Eurovox.
After reading lots of posts from different forums I have just ordered a box.
I will probably need a lot of help in the coming days to help get it set up so please bear with me in the coming days/weeks!!!
I would just like to add that having read a lot of threads I think I will be in very capable hands

hi guys i have my ex7000hd and its ui is very different from anything that eurovox have produced before, i have set it up all fine, got my channels all fine, labeled all my favorite groups BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SORTING THE CHANNELS INTO A DIFFERENT CUSTOM ORDER IN THE FAVOURITES GROUP I CANT DO IT tried everything i could think of channel edit fav manager nothing. ANY IDEAS...... ANYONE

would have been much better if hdd was internal

I 2 have just received a Eurovox EX7000 & could do with some help setting it up ( i have upgraded from my trusty Starview 1 box) to pick up HD channels.

i have recently bought one and find it stunning, i have it connected to a toshiba 1080p and the hd is mindblowing,yes it does have a loop,easy set up and all the usuall bits but strap a hard drive to it and its as good as virgin medias hd box. record,pause,all the bits.
new to the forum but i hope this helps

just got my new box have the 5100 upstairs, had a problem scanning at first but now have channels just need to download new firmware and unlock all great.

You are brave buying a new box with vermin starting roll out of Nagra3 people in Leeds will be giving them away, lets hope we get to xmas without further switch offs.

New December firmware is out for this unit so if you are having problems with favourites this should remedy it. Worked for me anyway. If the units flashed correctly there shouldn't really be any issues with set up. There's a set up guide in the stickys if you go back to the eurovox forum main page.
