sky arts 1 scrambled ?

Hi all, i have eurovox ex 1000 sl, sky arts 1 channel is permanantly scrambled, some great concerts on here, id really appreciate any suggestions to access the channel ?

Take a note of the frequency then try deleting the scrambled channel then do a single frequency. if that fails just do a powerscan.
