Try a rescan or if you know the frequencies of these channels do a single frequency scan. Should resolve your problems.

Dont have a ex7000 but it should pick up all channels. Have you tried another frequency. Go to one of the movie channels and scan on that (obviously not 411 though).

these are all i noticed missing at the moment.
i got a max v so checked that for frquencies. will check in tdepth tomorrow. i am doing a deep scan now - god its finding loads of transponders now - it must get all the stations through that if not i think i need to do each frequency 1 by 1

I have a few missing channels on my EX5100 SL - notably CBeebies, with the little one pining for In the night garden!! Any suggestions?

Try either BBC three or CBBC channel, it will probably be showing on one of these channels under the wrong name.

when I scan during the day it will show as CBeebies, if you scan after 7pm it will show as BBC Three.

CBeebies airs until 7pm which is when BBC three starts.

Cant find CBeebies to be honest. BBCThree is CBBC until 7, just tried that. I dont think it picked CBeebies up.
Do I need to do another scan?

same problem here in the north east, 411.000 and 419.000 signal strength is 11 to 33% and cant detect the channels, got a friend to send me his tbn file (channel data file) and the channels work now and again, so obviously a firmware problem some where down the line

CBeebies is BBC Four on mine until 7pm.
I notice there are still a few missing channels but all the important ones are there.
