Eurovox Max Problems

Need some help please.

I Think I have the Eurovox Max Blue, could not get the box to flash, after may hours retried on a normal PC was using A USB to Null cable on a laptop before. PC worked fine with just the cable. But all I see is "Channel currently not available" and the box shows "0000" Help!!!!

Have tried scanning for channels, what errers do you get?

The box will not let me go in to the menu, just stays on "channel currently not available" will not do anything else.

Powered box on and off a few times. Then let me into the menu did powerscan as recommended. All working fine Thank you.
