formatting hdd problems

use your pc to format the hdd, and make sure you format it as FAT and not NTFS mate.

re above: it is not giving me the FAT option only NTFS, im using vista, any ideas?

look on the hdd manufacturers website there maybe a tool you can download for formatting the hdd to FAT

use a third party app like partition manager or acronis... u can do what you lihe with the disks then..
