EX7000 Subtitles

Anyone getting this problem?

I get subtitles on BBC1 BBC2 and ITV all the time, even though the option is turned off in the EZ Config.

Any ideas please?

I too have this problem. When CBEEBIES was on the machine performed a reboot and then the subtitles came on and now cannont turn them off.

Any ideas on turning them off. Have tried the EZ config menus.

also check your remote for a subtitles button

I think this is a known bug in the firmware. i've had the same prob on my EX7000, sometimes pressing the Exit button clears them but it's hit and miss.

Also it seems to be on certain versions of a channel (i.e. theres several BBC 1 channels etc and it only seems to be on some if these) so its best changing to the alternative version of the channel if it's there
