Hi all wondering if any one can give me some advice please.
I have a fully functioning eurovox with latest firmware but I am unable to view Sky1 as the picture keeps breaking up despite the signal being fine.Sky2 and 3 are working perfectly.
I would really appreciate any tips thanks!!

Press info to see what freq sky 1 is on when you have done that press menu and go to installation, select user installation highlight the sky 1 freq press ok to mark the freq and then press blue to rescan that freq. See if this helps mate.

I've had picture breakups on a few channels on eurovox. I'm in ex C&W North Manchester.

All the frequencies ended in 000. ie. 354.000. As previous boxes frequencies all ended in 750 I thought I'd gi it a try. All my freq are now set at ???.750. No breaking up and faster zapping of channels.

First find the frequency as advised by lanxman then press menu, instalation, user installation. Select the frequency and press the green button CH Edit. Then blue button Modify. Scroll to the frequency line and manually change the last three digits to some other figure in the range. ie 250 or 500 or 750. Once changed hit OK the exit bact when data has been saved.

I've got exactly the same one and the same's happened to me, but I've been told that there's no fix for it and wont be for the forseeable future. Ah well, back to the drawing board!!
