there should be a sharpness setting, turn this down low and it improves picture, well that what i do, when it is set high the picture tends to to showbits of static, also turn the contrast up bit, but watch if you set it too high then the lighting elements burn out a lot faster

try to play another source on tv like dvd or video and also try eurovox on another tv. got feeling that your tv maybe faulty? ? or check tv settings in evrovox configure menu and make sure it is set to your tv spec

See how the picture looks with just an outside arial,or cable set top box as the input, you will then have some idea whether you need to play around with the settings or not, as its only a month old its still under guarantee, get them to fix it if you think the picture is not right ...

Samsung is a long time name in electronics, and Ive never seen any bad reports about their products, but then again never seen one of their tv's so really cant comment,I would think its not that easy to take it back and get a better one, unless it was seriously faulty, getting the engineer out and see what he says is the first thing to do I would think ......

We recently got a sharp tv, We also have a 37" samsung but I have to say the sharp has a better picture than the samsung, I was pretty surpised!
