EUROVOX EX7000 subtitles

hi some how iv activated subtitles , any no how to turn them off . also how do you go about backing up channel lists to your usb pen . if i have to do a factory default ill lose all my channels thanks chris

not sure whether its the same ,but on the ex5000 you press the red button then change the audio setting.

The red button option is normally for switching between the 2 Audio english streams. One is for audio description of the hard of seeing and the other is standard audio.

The problem here is for the "subtitles" - which cannot be turned off even though the option for subtitle is switched "off" in the EZ config menu.

Is this an error or will this be addressed in the next firmware fix.

you can turn them off just turn them on then put ur box on standby then turn it back on a if there still there then turn off subtitles save then exit and put it on standby.

for reason this works for some channels but not others???
