Eurovox Max V SIGNAL PROBLEM

Eurovox max v signal problem I had the box from new it was ok tried to flash it.

but still the same has anybody got any ideas.

Please explain in more detail the exact problem, do you have any channels at all?, did you manage to flash it successfully? what does it say in system info?....
