hi guys,firstly i had this box for 3months and no issues at my home,i recently purchased a new hd box so sold my pvr5000 to my brother who lives in livingston,scotland,as he is on virgin media i just kept the scan channels i had when transferring the box so it worked from plugging it in basically,but he said when he turns it off ie standby,and switches it back on half hour later he gets a grey picture so he has to fiddle about with the scart and eventually picture colour comes through,does this on 3 different scarts,me personally never had this issue with the box,any ideas? could it be because he's using the scan i had in my area ie edinburgh,although its in livingston and still virgin media,would a fresh scan at his area make any difference?
