itv4, bbc1 south and itv1 south frequencies?

Hi everyone!
Can anyone give me the frequencies for itv4, bbc1 south and itv1 south. I live in the bournemouth area (ex c and w bromley).

Why do you need the frequencies, are the channels there in your list but just saying scrambled on your TV screen if yes on the Scrambled channel press info twice, take a note of the freqs it will show at the top left hand side.

Now go to Menu, Installation, press OK on User Installation, Enter pin 0000, Highlight the Freqs you noted before by pulling down on your remote then press OK so a tick appears at the side then press manual scan which is the "blue button". Leave it to scan usually takes around 20 seconds then it will exit back to the the TV channel that was causing the problems, they should now be working.

I've done numerous scans and also as you've suggested at various times but the channels mentioned just don't appear. I've got almost every other channel. Any suggestions

Are the channels in your channel listing?

I was hoping add and do a manual scan on the relevant frequencies to see if that solves the problem. It's fustrating as they're all present on the vermin box

Have you tried a factory default then a deep scan?

That's the only thing I haven't done. I'll give it a go after work tomorrow and get back to you. Thank you for your advice.

A friend that's got a ex5000 was kind enough to give me the frequencies so I didn't have to reset. However, the channels are a little choppy which I think is due to poor signal issues. I'm going to invest in a booster and new cable and connectors where necessary.
For those interested the frequencies are as follows:
ITV4 139.00
ITV1 Meridian 203.00
BBC1 South 203.00
