    Eurovox red problem

    Hello,
    I've just got a eurovox red and I'm having problems scanning for channels.I've installed the latest firmware ok and have followed the guide for scanning but have had no success.The box came from a different part of the country so do I have to change the net id?If so any idea how to do it.Any help welcomed

    You need to do a factory reset and then scan again on your provider.

      Thanks for reply.Did the factory reset and set it to scan on 6.952 which I think is right for my area.It scans through the frequencies with the two green bars alternating between 8% and 98% but it doesnt seem to find a transponder.I've reloaded the firmware but it hasnt made a difference.My other box works fine on this cable connection.Any ideas?
