eurovox missing channels

I have a eurovox and bbc2 and some other are not there i rescand twicw and the same thing.

do a factory reset then rescan using power scan or deep scan

This may sound daft, I have no option for factory reset. ??

go to config on your menu m8 ,then put your pin in to access another menu then click factory default then ok.

my euro does this every time they change channels or rename channels , found the best way is to repower scan with out a splitter and check the channels you have lost , if not there scan a couple of hours later ,
i lose bbc2 itv2 and 3 and 3 of the movie channels , but always get them back , some times scanning late evening or early morning ,

Turn off your box and remove the power plug for atleast ten minutes. Switch it on and just upgrade channels.
