Is there any fix to get these up & running? I bought one before xmas and it doesnt pick up any channels on a scan.

There is no clone safe firmware for that box, some are using the genuine firmware without problems others have said it brcks the box and then needs jtagging so its upto you, either manually update the keys as they change OR chance the up to date firmware but on your head be it

I Have already tried loading the new firmware and it didnt work.
Not to sound stupid, but.......what is Jtagging and what have i got to do to Jtag the Max V?
Anything is worth a try now!!

You only need to jtag it if its dead, you will have to manually input the keys/codes.
