Which model was it and what firmware did you use? Its either a bad flash or wrong firmware used.

bad flash are u using correct firmware for ur box,is it silver or black? reload the loader with file, box powered off press download and power on box,do not wait for box to bootup first or it wont work.might work 1st or 10th time keep trying.

Best wait for an answer first regards which firmware version was used.

This is the latest firmware for your model Digital Kaos - Downloads - Digivox V4300 and downloader 10 is the correct loader, which you must be using.

You can get it here you may a corrupt loader, so worth a fresh install.

Carry out a factory reset, turn off the box from the power for a minute and then back on. Keep trying a hard boot flash as said it will work eventually.

if chdl is on front off box u cannot do anything but a hard boot, loader and filev4300 in and ready, box powered off, press download and power on box at same time to force flash to take.wait for box to reboot when finished.it might work 1st time or 10th time keep trying.
problem was caused by wrong firmware not suitable for ur box that it is why we need all info to give out correct info, all different boxes have their own firmware.

You save it to your desktop, open the loader, browse for the file select it as app and click download.
