no diseny channal

had diseny channal on my eurovox ex5100 but lost signal crried out power scan now lost diseny channel +bbc 3 even tried deep scan even though box told me it can take upto 2 hrs it only took half an hour still not got the missing channels has any body got any ideas my daughter is gutted she cannot watch the diseny channel did try acouple of power scans before deep scan

Did you try a factory reset and rescan. A lot of people seem to be losing channels so it could be a provider problem also.
