EuroVox 5000, EuroVox Max - No or Bad Signal

Bad signals

Having bad signals. Just tried fast scan. It goes dead after a few scan run with no channel showing. What do you recommend? On the NTL region.

hi i'm in the south and i have no problem with my eurovox ex5100 but my mate live about a mile away and his building has just install digital in his block and now he can not get no signal does anyone know why?

Ive got a eurovox pvr5000, ive no problem but others in north east have.

do a factory reset delete all channels then deep scan on the symbol rate for your area

the only problem i got now is most of the sky movie channels are missing, anyone knows how to get them back ?
