Someone please help with this no or bad signal issue

since Friday none of the EuroVoxes are working properly I have tried reimaging, rescanning, restored to factory settings and rescanning nothing works

has anyone else had this problem - keep getting the same error, picture is pixalating when trying to view certain channels

BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, 4 ITV and others are doing this only have probably 20 channels wokring in watchable format

I am having exactly the same problem as wasi786 with mine on a 5000, have tried factory reset, changing cable & splitter, re-scanning etc. This has been going on for over a week for me now. It seems to be affecting the terestrial channels more than anything. when doing a power scan, the signal seems to drop from 87+ to 10-.

I've just put the original splitter back on to the line so i only have one cable running into the box now instead of two cables, one for broadband one for eurovox. That seems to have done the trick.

Put the CC box back on line and see if the signal is still bad or not.
