evening all,

I have lost ITV1 and 3, and wanted to know the easiest way to get them back, and also whats the best way to rescan for channels without loosing my fav's settings?

Depends if you have the firmware revision with or without autosort.

If its the one without autosort, just do a channel update. If its the standard revision with autosort, (which it probably is) you can manually turn autosort off.

Press Menu - installation - user installation. Press yellow button - turn auto sort OFF. Press EXIT, DO NOT PRESS OK. Then update channels as normal.

It will turn back to on by default each time. You can also flash with auto sort off firmware which can be found in downloads, this will disable the auto sort feature.

Have tried that but ITV2 just says "data not available" and ITV3 says "Scrambled channel"

Any ideas? or shall i do a full scan?
