ev blue no channels

hi ive just got a evblue max genuine,ive put new firmware and it wont pick up any channels,ive got it on the right sr for my area,it picks up 42 transponders but no channels,the remote does work but the lcd displays 0000,i can still get into menu using remote,ive tried to flash it a few times but same problem,ive tried on other forums but nobody can help me,i hope someone on here can,

are you sure it is not a clone m8,Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox...spot the difference
also it wont do any harm to try scanning on another sym rate ,see what happens.
also did you factory reset your box before scanning.

im am 100% it is a genuine box,i have changed the sr but it didnt pick any tps on the other sr,yes i have erased channels ive done factory reset still now.my mate came tried his box and it worked fine,so i got the cdf of his box and put it on mine and now i get the channel names,but it says service unknown,what would happen if i flashed with clonesafe firmware even tho mine in a genuine box because the tuner is 12 vents long,theres no red paint,and also the cables inside look like ribbons.come on guys somebody must no what to do

yes i have a signal.ive already tried 2 other boxes which work fine
