i have a ex100sl, i dont mean to be stupid, but how do u change the timing on the epg list as they are 1 hour out ie the program starts at 12 but the epg says it starts at 1, i have changed the tmer settings i am at a loss can anyone help me with this matter . many thanks

Press menu, config, time settings, make sure time is set correctly, set GMT usage to ON and Time zone to GMT +1 then save and exit (blue button) then turn box off/on at mains and it should be fine then.

u don't change it to gmt + 1,set the time and put it to gmt 0 otherwise you'll be an hour infront
