hi,guys has any body had problems with this company,purchased a new eurovox ex 7000 which did not work sent back still waiting on a replacement this was 15 days ago,wont answer phone calls or e-mail.

have u put the firmware on the box as u sometimes get a new box & have 2 put the adequate firmware on it?
