    moved house and problems!!!!

    can anyone help? ive just moved house today and had virgin installed tried my eurovox maxv and done a scan and all channels are scrambled and jumpy is there owt i can do please????

      i dont know pal my mate put it on for me about 3months ago, its just frustrating knowing it worked fine at the old house this morning and now all the channels are scrambled and bitty

        go to factoryu defaut and then rescan then you should be ok if not got to here http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...settings-9789/

          You probably need a rescan as jckw stated because you have moved are and theres a chance that providers are different in both areas

            sounds like there is a low signal.
            look to see the signal strength showing
            there boxes will work on lower signal

              ive spent the last few hours trying to sort the problem, basically i have channels and signal but the picture is very jumpy and looks like its fuzzy any helpwould be appreciated

                this happened to my dad, it was a bad connection on his lead into the box, he needed a new lead as when he pulled it out the centre part had came loose.

                new lead also fixed 2 other peoples i know, and 1 needed a new m/f adapter, all are only a couple of quid so won't hurt to try if you r still having problems.
