A ruour on a site is that it is cracked but they are waiting for the american provider to switch completely not just for the north provider

....or they could try it on a sky digital system to see if the crack works (which it wont) as they have been using nagra 3 for about a million years...........

Some forums say they use Nagra 3 by the Kudelski Group and others say as mentioned above that Videocrypt by News Digital Systems is used by Sky.
Nagra 3 is definitely used by sat companies on the continent though and has been for a long time - as its an encryption method that can be used on cable or sat, there is no reason why the supposed crackers cant simply try it on a motorised dish system - they'd find out in seconds if its stable.

Sky have never and will never use nagravision they have only ever used NDS Videoguard, this is because Sky and NDS are related through News Corp

nag3 is coming to effect in ireland but not in the uk so for us its just a waiting game but remember it might not happen for along time yet so wouldnt stress and chill and watch n enjoy.

I'm in Ireland and can say that N3 is now fully rolled out,just 3 channels left.All receivers useless and you dont know how much your channels mean to you until they're gone.The pubs are full again and we're being ripped off by them aswell.
enjoy while it lasts all members across in the UK coz when its gone ye're goosed unless its cracked and we all can get back on with our lives.Watching telly
