ive got a ex1000sl keeps comin up no or bad signal

ive got a eurovox , when i put it on it comes up with no or bad signal . but when i put my old ntl box back on the signal is fine , dont understand why this is ... any ideas

do a factory reset on it m8 then power scan it .it should be ok providing you have the latest firmware in it.
