    Maplins, with a soldering iron although its a bit early for the cap to blow and they have changed the rating of the cap to solve this common problem but its either that or source another PSU if still faulty j-tag.

              It wont its from a different eurovox but as said first try replacing the cap m8. Because you have no warranty you only have a few options available as said above, we have to go through them starting with the most common/cheapest option first then work our way down, a cap costs 37 p from maplins so change that first and be careful with the tracks on the back of the PSU, try and keep the soldering as neat as possible making sure you get the polarity the right way round. The correct polarity is indicated on the packaging by a stripe with minus signs or arrows, make sure that lines up with the marker on the PSU.
