    EX5000 ITV2 is fine but ITV2+1 is badly pixelatrd?

    Hello everyone,
    my first time here. Hope you are all well.
    I have a problem with my EX5000 box whereby some channels are badly distorted. It appears to be the +1 channels. Can anyone offer why this might be please?

      Make sure your not watching a hd version as the box does not filter hd so you can still see a slow moving super pixalated pic
