Need Eurovox max red help

Yesterday i started to get no signal on most of my channels and decided to do a factory restore and then a power scan this gave me less channels and i still got no signal on alot of them. Then i tried to reflash it still the same problem so then i took the splitter out and tried it again still didnt work. So i tried my old kryptview box and everything worked fine. Can any one help ?

have you made sure your box is set on the correct symbol rate before scanning.

i now seem to get 2 options when i go to do factory reset now it says 1) symbolrate(6952) 2)symbolrate(6887) which shall i choose

you can try both ,it depends on the area your in.try 6952 first then if you get no joy try the other one.

i tried them both and the first one i got 18 channels which only a few channels work rest say no signal and the 2nd i got nothing need a new box you think?

debbie read through this and make sure your scan start frequency is set on 100.00 mhz and your scan end is 850.00 mhz

end was set as 870.00 for some reason i changed it to 850.00 now theres 54 channels and all part from around 2 work but im still missing alot of channels any ideas

i really appreciate your help.

try fac reset again then just press the ok button to power scan instead of the coloured button .your first frequency should come in at 131.00 mhz the signal strength bars should become green at about 126.00 mhz.

the first frequency came in at 107.00mhz and the signal bars kept going green then red. I have 121 channels now but many of them dont work they say no signal. It's getting really frustrating now .

try on the other sym rate debb if you get no joy reflash the box then fac reset before you search for channels.
