EX 1000 SL probs

hello every1. ive had the box for about two weeks and a few of the chanels are still stuttery, perticulary lfc.tv and sky sports news. ive re-scanned loads of times, but i may be doing it wrong. also the T junction splitter is quite old, 1999 it says on it. could that be causing probs? im in liverpool by the way. cheers

take the splitters out and try a direct cable feed, or get a signal booster

theres only 1 splitter. cable comes out of the box on the wall, i put the splitter on that and them connected the euro vox and the internet to it.

plug the cable from the wall straight in to the eurovox then try a scan

just done that and it worked sound, all channels were good, then i connected it thru the splitter and it went shit again.

can anybody help me ive just got eurovox 1000 sl the pay per view channel sometimes comes on then stays on for about 5 second then goes off do i need to do rescan

do a factory reset m8 then a power scan ,should be ok then.

just done that and it worked sound, all channels were good, then i connected it thru the splitter and it went shit again.

time to buy a new splitter m8 as gmb says.

plenty on fleabay.stick with the konig make,there ok. thats where i normaly get mine from

but wont that effect the stored channels which are in order like bbc1 bbc2 itv chn 4 five skyone and so on

hi i bought eurovox ex1000sl and when i scanned all the channels, it says channel encrypted. please help me how to watch the channels asap. i spent lot of money buying this.

if you want to save your channel data upload it via your flash loader onto your pc or go to the downloads se for cdf for your area .

I can not get PPv today for some reason on my Max V, so maybe it vermin whos causing it
