1st scan on ex7000hd

Hi just wondering if it is best to do the scan for channels direct to the feed or through my splitter thanks danny

if you put the cable in direct to the box how will your internet work? i got a splitter when i take the internet wire out it wont work it needs the main feed.

it wont it is just while u do a scan i think then you can split the feed again thats what i am doin 3 ways 7000/original/modem

so you mean use the main cable thats going into the white box on the wall? or the tv cable with splitter and cable going to wall? what feed i need to get all the channels? cos the virgin cable on the wall is small wont reach all the way to the box but the virgin tv box will

can you not undo a longer cable off you splitter just while you do the scan then put it all back and yes to the main wall feed then split it when you have got all the channels you want thats what i did thanks to camelv
