    eurovox sl 1000 sound

    Hi guys,

just wondering if somebody can offer some advice as to my sound problem

the problem is that i seem to have a buzzing sound, along with the normal sound, which is driving me mad

ive got my eurovox attached to my virmin connection, which has a splitter tagged on so i can have tv and internet and ive also got an an attenuator attached after the splitter to help with my signal problems

    thanks in advance

i get the same to beat it i turn the volume down as far as i can with the tv remote then turn it up with my eurovox remote, as for the scart as deano1981 said u could try it but i have a good quailty scart (gold plated) connected, so try the remote idea first before u buy a new 1.

        thanks for the suggestions guys

i have turned the sound down on the tv and up on the eurovox before and it work as a temp solution, but its no good when i want it really loud to pee off the neighbours!

i must admit the scart lead is a cheap one and i've tried it in the other scart socket with no difference

i think im going to get a lead that is scart at one end and the three colours at the other end (composite i think) that way i can have the yellow end going to the tv and then have the red and white ends going to my dvd stereo and have the sound go trough that instead of the tv

hopefully that will cut out the buzzing (fingers crossed)
