EX 1000 SL - Pin Number locked out

Hi people, i've jus purchased a Eurovox 1000 SL and set it up with the required firmware flash and all was working fine, however my niece bless her soul takes after her mother and is a bit too inquisitive because she has managed to lock the units pin code and the number she says she input is not responding, i have used the obligatory default pin (0000) & master pin number (1668) which only seems to get me as far as the menu and tv's channel line up but does not allow the unlocking of all the blocked channels, have tried the internal reset switch but still have no joy in my quest. I'm now pulling out my hair as the only thing that i may have done in error is the sequence i need to take to initiate the unlocking of the unit, can anybody help me?

    D4rknight, Peace!

If you are talking about the parental control pin, try 1004.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams

Now sorted, installed new version of firmware.
