Virgin have downgraded the signal in some areas for fibre upgrades. If you have the origanl box, put it back on and report a fault with your TV ie jerky pictures, pixilated picture. make sure your box is not around!!!!!

I had this problem and this solution worked!

instead of pressing yellow to power scan m8 just press the ok button after you have fac reset .
had this a few times on e/vox ,worth a try

Is your signal strength steady at 80% or is it fluctuating at all?.

If you have a splitter on your feed take it out, check all f-plugs are fitted correctly and tight, factory default then do a deep scan, make sure your cable feed is plugged in the RF IN and not the ANT socket at the back of the box.
