Problems with EX1000SL

Please, please, can somebody help me. I have a Eurovox ex1000sl, and I have downloaded the software onto the box, well it says it was successful, and now put the box into the tv and it has scanned the channels, they are there, but they come up as scrambled. can anybody help me, and is there maybe an updated version of this software available

try re flashing with firmware from this site first then scan and leave on s** sports 1 for 10 mins.

flash the box with this

then factory reset it then power scan it .when it has finished the scan leave it on sly sports 1 for a few mins to update.
make sure you scan on the correct symbol rate for your area.
